Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is unused and in its original condition.
- The product is returned with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.
- A valid proof of purchase or order number is provided.
Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they are received damaged or defective:
- Products showing signs of use.
- Products with missing accessories or original packaging.
- Customized or special-order products.
- Gift cards (if applicable).
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the package (if applicable)
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged during transit, or if an incorrect product was delivered.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), return shipping charges will be borne by us.
For other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
